My cat had a kitten dec 17th. The kitten is now 4 weeks old. When should i start to give her soft kitten food? When and how do you litter train her. She wants out of her bed, but im afraid she will go to the bathroom on my new floors. any advice will help, this is our first kitten! i have always gotten cats after they are on food and litter trained.

It has taken about three weeks to get Jasmine to accept Alix, Jasmine has just now allowed Alix on the bed to sleep at night.
I adopted my kitten in October, he was three months then. He is now roughly seven months. I have been feeding him kitten chow, but I am wondering when should I change to regular cat chow? Thanks.

How old should the kitten be before switching to kitten food? Her mommy cat seems to be getting tired and crabby all the time so I wonder if the kitten should start eating on its own.
