.This is at a month old. I still had all 6. I cant believe I have darling little kittens in the leap stage rather than the shred stage in order to get anywhere. Of course, the drapes are for fire drills arent they? How fast can we fly up the wall? And here I am watching my own snippet videos, those moments in the early stages because the kittens seem to be growing so fast. And my darling Olivia blossomed from day 1 as the Kitten Whisperer. Isabella is still Aunty Belly. So the kittens are Queen Latifah, Buster Keaton, Tony Robbins, Lance, Madeline and Henry. Koko is visited by 7 kittens, to see if she is interested in a new kitten companion (she’s had several over the years, starting with the famous All Ball in 1985, through Smoky, who passed away in 2004). Turns out Koko was very interested in one of the new kittens. Stay tuned for the sequel to see how this love affair evolves. Meanwhile, Koko is not giving up on her dearest wish: to raise a gorilla baby. The Gorilla Foundation is currently working on an adoption plan to help Koko fulfill her wish — which could well lead to her teaching another gorilla to be able to communicate with humans (in sign language), providing a gorilla ambassador for the next generation.
This is a little video of Phoenix (the “miracle kitten”) rising from the ashes. This is her little struggle to stay alive. She was born and not expected to live because she wasn’t moving, wasn’t crying, and the mama pushed away from the other’s to die. After a few hours of being lighly aggressive with her to wake her up, she finally came around and is now completely fine!
